Prof. (Dr.) Narpinder Singh is a globally recognized agricultural and food scientist, renowned for his pioneering research in carbohydrate chemistry and food technology. A Highly Cited Researcher in Agricultural Sciences by Clarivate (2021–2023), he has authored over 320 research papers, 25 book chapters, and holds multiple patents. His distinguished honors include the J.C. Bose Fellowship, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Award, and numerous international fellowships. Prof. Singh has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Food Science and Technology and holds key editorial positions in several high-impact journals. His work continues to shape sustainable innovations in agriculture and food systems worldwide.

Dr. Navneet Rawat, an alumnus of Graphic Era, has 20 years of academic and industry experience in Marketing, Corporate Laws, and Strategy for Non-Profit Organizations. His expertise lies in consumer psychology, focusing on the role of affect, emotion, and culture in decision-making and consumption.
